Bu dinin g\u00f6nderilmesiyle, \u00f6nceki \u015feriatler y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, k\u0131yamete kadar gelecek insanlar\u0131n da kurtulu\u015f i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca bu dine inan\u0131p ona g\u00f6re ya\u015famalar\u0131 emredilmi\u015ftir.<sub>2<\/sub> O nedenle bu \u201cDin\u201d, Kitab\u2019\u0131 ve Peygamberi\u2019nin hadisleri, itikad esaslar\u0131 ve dini ahkam\u0131yla birlikte k\u0131yamete kadar bakidir ve ge\u00e7erlidir.<sub>3<\/sub><br><br>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu dini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye yeltenmek veya ilk as\u0131rdan sonra h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini yitirdi\u011fini iddia etmek, a\u00e7\u0131k bir sap\u0131kl\u0131kt\u0131r. Son as\u0131rda ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, \u201cdinde reform\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 telaffuz etmekten \u00e7ekinen Abduh, Efgani, Re\u015fit R\u0131za, Fazlurrahman, Musa Carullah ve bunlar\u0131n hayranlar\u0131, \u201cdinde tecdid\u201d kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n perdesi alt\u0131nda reformist faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedirler.<br><br>Dinimizdeki iman esaslar\u0131, Kur\u2019an ve m\u00fctevatir ve (Hanefilere g\u00f6re) me\u015fhur s\u00fcnnette bildirilen haberlerle birlikte ge\u00e7mi\u015f kavim ve peygamberlerden verilen haberler, s\u00fcbutu ve delaleti kat\u2019\u00ee (kesin) olan dini emir ve yasaklar\u0131n tamam\u0131, m\u00fcmin olabilmek i\u00e7in iman edilmesi mecburi olan ve k\u0131yamete kadar baki unsurlard\u0131r. Dinde inan\u0131lmas\u0131 mecburi olan bu unsurla, \u201czar\u00fbr\u00e2t-\u0131 diniyye\u201d diye isimlendirilmi\u015ftir. Bu unsurlara, \u201chayattan umudun kesildi\u011fi an\u201d gelmeden \u00f6nce inan\u0131p teslim olan ki\u015fi m\u00fc\u2019min olur. Bunlardan herhangi birini ink\u00e2r eden, hafife alan ve bunlara inanmakta \u015f\u00fcphesi olan ki\u015finin Allah kat\u0131nda iman\u0131 kabul edilmez. Di\u011fer bir ifadeyle bu t\u00fcr h\u00fck\u00fcmler, \u201ctaabbudi h\u00fck\u00fcmler\u201ddir. Tabbudi h\u00fck\u00fcmler, akli de\u011ferlendirmeye a\u00e7\u0131k de\u011fildir, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla zamanla de\u011fi\u015febilecek h\u00fck\u00fcmler de de\u011fildir.<sub>7<\/sub> Dinimizdeki ibadetle ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin de de\u011fi\u015fmez ve taabbudi oldu\u011fu da izahtan varestedir.8 Bu esaslar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fiminden veya g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ge\u00e7ersizli\u011finden s\u00f6z etmek de \u201cdinde reform\u201dun, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sapk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ta kendisidir.<br><br>M\u00fcfesser h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin sadece neshe ihtimali varken, Ras\u00fcl\u00fcllah (s.a.v.)\u2019in vefat\u0131yla bu kap\u0131 da kapanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<sub>9<\/sub><br><br>K\u0131saca, hangi alanda olursa olsun, s\u00fcbutu ve delaleti kat\u2019\u00ee olan b\u00fct\u00fcn dini h\u00fck\u00fcmler, yani Allah ve Ras\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019nden geldi\u011fi konusunda ve anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcphe olmayan nasslar\/h\u00fck\u00fcmler, tevile, tahsise kapal\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmler olup, bunlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kabul etmek, iman\u0131n gere\u011fidir. Subutu kat\u2019\u00ee olan, yani Allah ve Ras\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019nden geldi\u011fi konusunda \u015f\u00fcphe olmayan naslara da oldu\u011fu gibi inanmak yine iman\u0131n bir gere\u011fidir. Manas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k olmayan naslardan h\u00fck\u00fcm \u00e7\u0131karmak ise, ihlas ve dirayet s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 haiz ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z m\u00fc\u00e7tehitlere mahsus bir i\u015ftir. Sonraki devirlerde ise, devrin muhlis ve dirayet ehli alimlerinin s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7erek \u201ctelakki bi\u2019l-kabul\u201d hale gelmi\u015f (makbul kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f), ilmi silsileyle gelen bilgiye uygun yap\u0131daki uleman\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne itibar edilir.<br><br>Yoksa her devirde \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131 kendilerinden g\u00f6r\u00fcnen elemanlarla dini dejenere faaliyetleri eksik olmam\u0131\u015f, son y\u00fczy\u0131lda ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise bu ihanet zirveye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde birilerinin, nasslarda a\u00e7\u0131k olmayan hususlarda, bu \u00fc\u00e7 neslin i\u00e7tihad\u0131n\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rakarak kendi reylerini devreye sokmalar\u0131, iyi niyetlilikten uzakt\u0131r, hayra alamet bir i\u015f de\u011fildir\u2026<br><br>\u00d6yleyse, Din, \u00f6zellikle naslarla sabit olan h\u00fck\u00fcmler, geli\u015fig\u00fczel \u015fekilde keyfi arzulara veya \u00e7a\u011fa g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilecek veya yorumlanabilecek bir m\u00fcessese de\u011fildir. Aksi halde, \u201cSon Din\u201d ve \u201cSon Peygamber\u201d \u00f6zelli\u011finin bir anlam\u0131 kalmaz. Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 \u201cSon Kitap\u201d, Hz. Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.)\u2019i de \u201cSon Peygamber\u201d k\u0131lmas\u0131, bu dinin, k\u0131yamete kadar gelecek insanlar\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131na cevap verece\u011fi anlam\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getirir. Son Din \u201c\u0130slamiyet\u201d, bu \u00f6zellikte indirilmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Cenab-\u0131 Hakk, \u201c\u2026Bug\u00fcn sizin i\u00e7in dininizi kemale erdirdim. Size nimetimi tamamlad\u0131m ve sizin i\u00e7in din olarak \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 se\u00e7tim\u201d buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sub>11<\/sub> Bunun i\u00e7in Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 bu dini korumay\u0131 v\u00e2d ve tekeff\u00fcl buyurmu\u015ftur.<sub>12<\/sub><br>As\u0131rlar\u0131n ge\u00e7mesinden dolay\u0131 dini ahkam\u0131n ge\u00e7ersiz olmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul eden zavall\u0131lar, ayn\u0131 \u015feyi s\u00fcrekli i\u00e7tikleri \u201csu\u201d ve her saniye nefesledikleri \u201chava\u201d (oksijen) i\u00e7in de s\u00f6yleyebilyorlar m\u0131 acaba?<br>Demek ki bir \u015feyin eskili\u011fi, onun de\u011fersizli\u011fini gerektirmiyor. Su yarat\u0131lal\u0131dan beri, \u201cH2O\u201d, oksijen de yarat\u0131lal\u0131dan beri \u201cO2\u201ddir. Bug\u00fcn, \u201cdin eskidi, de\u011fi\u015fmelidir\u201d diyenler, ayn\u0131 zamanda, \u201cyahu bug\u00fcn su ve oksijen eskidi bundan sonra art\u0131k \u201cH2SO4\u201d (s\u00fclfirik asit) i\u00e7elim, \u201cCO\u201d (karbonmonoksit) soluyal\u0131m\u201d diyorlar m\u0131 acaba?..<br><sub>11 Maide, 5\/3.<br>12 Hicr, 15\/9.<\/sub><br><strong>4<\/strong><br>\u00d6yleyse Cenab-\u0131 Hak, \u201cO (Allah), hi\u00e7 yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmez mi? O her \u015feyi iyi bilir, her \u015feyden haberdard\u0131r\u201d<sub>13<\/sub> buyurmakla ve mahlukat\u0131n en \u015fereflisi olarak yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 insana da \u201chak\u00eem\u201d (yerli yerinde h\u00fck\u00fcm koyan) s\u0131fat\u0131yla, ahir zamanda g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi \u201cSon Din\u201din, en g\u00fczel \u015fekilde uyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bilendir. \u201cO (Allah) alimdir (kullar\u0131na en uygun olan\u0131 en iyi bilendir), hak\u00eemdir (koydu\u011fu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerde ve bunlar\u0131n miktar\u0131nda hikmet sahibidir)\u201d<sub>14<\/sub> ayetleri de bu manay\u0131 ifade eder.<sub>15<\/sub><br>Bu nedenle de Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2, \u201cl\u00e2 tebdiyle li kelim\u00e2till\u00e2h\u201d [Allah\u2019\u0131n kelimeleri (verdi\u011fi s\u00f6z, h\u00fck\u00fcmleri) de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez] buyurmu\u015ftur.<sub>16<\/sub><br>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da mealini verece\u011fimiz ayeti kerime ise, tam da insan\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131yla Allah\u2019\u0131n indirdi\u011fi din aras\u0131ndaki uyumu ve bunun de\u011fi\u015fmezli\u011fini dile getirmektedir: \u201cO halde ger\u00e7ek M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Din\u2019e \u00e7evir. Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratma kanununa (uygun olan dine d\u00f6n) ki (Allah), insanlar\u0131 o dine g\u00f6re yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (dinde ve f\u0131tratta) hi\u00e7bir de\u011fi\u015ftirme yap\u0131lamaz. \u0130\u015fte bu, dosdo\u011fru dindir. Fakat insanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu bilmezler.\u201d <sub>17<\/sub><br>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere ayeti kerime, insan\u0131n, Allah\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi dine g\u00f6re yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve f\u0131trat\u0131n da dinin de de\u011fi\u015fmesinin ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, dosdo\u011fru dinin de b\u00f6yle oldu\u011funu ilan etmektedir. Daha bu ilahi ferman\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne ne s\u00f6ylenebilir ki? \u201cDe\u011fi\u015fim de de\u011fi\u015fim\u201d diye durmadan ba\u011f\u0131ranlar, ne yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda m\u0131d\u0131rlar acaba?..<br>\u015eayet bu din, her \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamayacak olsayd\u0131, yeni peygamberlerle yeni dinler g\u00f6ndermeye devam ederdi. Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in \u201cm\u00fcellefe-i kulub\u201da zek\u00e2t vermemesi gibi baz\u0131 uygulamalar, h\u00fckm\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya ilgas\u0131 de\u011fil; devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 yetkisi ile \u015fartlar gere\u011fi ge\u00e7ici bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in o \u201ch\u00fckm\u00fcn dondurulmas\u0131\u201d olay\u0131d\u0131r.<sub>20<\/sub><br>\u0130sl\u00e2m \u00e2limlerinin Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019ten kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekliyle ortaya koyduklar\u0131 f\u0131k\u0131h, f\u0131k\u0131h usul\u00fc, hadis, hadis usul\u00fc, kel\u00e2m ve ak\u00e2id gibi bir\u00e7ok ilim dal\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeyip, bunlar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f ve ge\u00e7ersiz bilgiler ihtiva etti\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrmek de \u201con be\u015f as\u0131r boyunca gelip ge\u00e7en \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00e2limlerinin, Hakk\u2019\u0131 bulamad\u0131klar\u0131\u201d hezeyan\u0131n\u0131 savurmak anlam\u0131na gelir.
